Since bringing Delphinus to Virginia in June, we have been able to enjoy getting to know all of her ins and outs while exploring the lower Chesapeake Bay. We have found her to be seaworthy with most of the comforts of home – three bedrooms (cabins), two bathrooms (heads), a kitchen (galley), an outdoor deck (cockpit), and a living/dining room (salon).

Some folks have asked for pictures of the interior, so here’s the quick tour:

The cockpit includes a dining table, extra seating and the all-important helm station:

We have lots of room and look forward to hosting family and friends. Next post, I’ll describe our local trips so far this summer as we prepare to head to the Bahamas in November.
